OUR BEEF
At Prime & Pearl, it is paramount that we partner with producers who prioritize the well-being of their cattle, support the land they raise them on, and uphold the highest standards of quality. In other words, we’re more than a little selective when it comes to our beef.
Our search for exceptional cuts has led us to small, family-owned farms throughout the Dakotas, where cattle are raised with care, intention, and respect for both the animal and the environment.
